About Certificate of Origin (COO)
A Certificate of Origin is a key document required by exporters to certify that goods being exported are manufactured or processed in a particular country. In India, this certificate is issued by Chambers of Commerce, Export Promotion Councils, and other authorized entities.

Registration Procedure
Permanent Registration:
- Exporters must register with MM for COO issuance by:
- Submitting an Indemnity Bond on a Rs. 200/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper. (Sample available upon request.)
- Paying a registration fee of Rs. 1000/- for non-members.
- Collecting COO stationery and submitting required documents, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipment Proof (e.g., Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, or Lorry Receipt)
