Documents Required
To obtain a Visa Recommendation Letter from MM, the following documents must be submitted:
Request Letter
- Addressed to Mission Mumbai on the organization’s original letterhead.
- Must follow the format provided by the Mission Mumbai Visa Recommendation Department.
- Signed by a senior officer of the firm (not the visa applicant).
Photocopy of Passport
The passport of the person applying for the visa.
Photocopy of Invitation Letter
Invitation letter received from the host country or organization being visited.
Certified Copies
- All photocopies must be stamped and signed by the person authorized to sign the application.
Processing Guidelines
- Only hard copies of the required documents will be accepted.
- Documents submitted by 3 PM will be processed on the same day.

Payment for the Visa Recommendation service can be made via:

- NEFT Transfer
- Cash
